As your mind learns to trust here and now, it can begin to sink and expand into the unconscious, giving birth to the right state for you, so that your mind can relax more and more in the feeling of authentic calm self-confidence! The more and deeper your consciousness enters in this journey to Yourself, the more the infinity from within can begin to calm you down and teach you unreserved confidence in its potential and lead you to it! In psychotherapy, you learn that no one rules the truth as a last resort, and that what we take to be reality is simply a social or scientific consensus.
